ORDERING/DELIVERY
Mahogany Furniture - At J.U Furniture we hold a large stock of mahogany product and most items are readily available for prompt dispatch. The light mahogany finish on most collections is available from immediate stock and can be reserved or ordered either in person or by telephone from our warehouses near Petersfield. All other finishes are to order only (special order). From 1st February 2010. Reservations require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) of the total order value, including vat but excluding delivery. Special orders require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) of the total order value, including vat but excluding delivery with a lead time of approximately 14 weeks. Special orders (excluding reservations) if paid in full at time of order will be discounted by 2.5% off the total order value, including vat but excluding delivery. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Antique Reproduction & Bespoke - Our highly carved reprod touction and bespoke furniture is all handmade solid mahogany and can be supplied in all the nine mahogany finishes. Due to the highly carved nature of this products, antique reproduction and bespoke furniture is available order only (special order), require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) of the total order value, including vat but excluding delivery with a lead time of minimum of 14 weeks. Clients are advised lead times may be longer due to it being a non standard production item.

Lacquered Furniture - Our Camellia, Rosetta and Toulouse lacquered furniture collections are made from machine manufactured birch and composite wood. These collections are normally stock items and can be reserved or ordered either in person or by telephone from our warehouses near Petersfield.

Reserved Furniture - Please note goods reserved from incoming containers (both lacquered and mahogany furniture) require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) of the total order value, including vat but excluding delivery. Items reserved from stock without a deposit can only be held for 24 hours as a courtesy.

Storage - We are a trade warehouse and do not have storage facilites, therefore goods not removed within 10 days of purchase will incure a storage charge at £5 (exc vat) per day unless storage is agreed by prior arrangment.

Delivery & Collection
Although we do not deliver, we can as a courtesy liaise with delivery firms who come highly recommended by previous customers. We endeavour to secure the most competitive estimate on our clients’ behalf. Alternatively you may send a firm of your choice or collect personally direct from our warehouse. All product is quality checked before dispatch, please call before collection to ensure your goods are ready. Please note all prices include VAT but do not include delivery.
