This handmade mahogany antique reproduction Georgian style partners desk will make a stunning addition to a period home or an office environment. The two pedestals flanked by half turned columns with part flute carving each have three drawers, complete with antiqued brass swan neck handles and a cupboard complete with an antiqued brass drop handle each side for double sided, standing on a plinth base. The top has two small drawers and a larger centre drawer, each side for double sided, complete with antiqued brass swan neck handles which slots onto the pedestals completing the four drawer and one drawer and cupboard piece each side as in the graphic. This beautiful but functional double sided partners desk is available with a leatherette top in either brown or green with gold tooling or a solid top. It is also available single sided and for the smaller study we offer two other sizes, medium (see Product Code DSK8(B)) or small (see Product Code DSK8(C)). There is also a corner option in this Georgian style (see Product Code DKSCOR). Available in ten finishes this piece looks amazing in traditional darker shades to create that antique feel to lighter shades such as our shabby chic antique white for a fresh, modern look.

The J.U. Antique Reproduction Collection includes bedroom, office and study, mirrors, fire surrounds, dining and more. Handmade using traditional carpentry techniques and skills no two pieces are identical giving you the opportunity of owning a unique piece of furniture and as such carvings and decorations may vary slightly between pieces and on the same piece, this is one of the beauties of owning such furniture. Of course one day these reproductions of original antiques will be antiques themselves but until then you have the opportunity to indulge yourself at a fraction of the price.

There are up to 10 different colour finishes available for all our mahogany products, we only stock the Light Mahogany and manufacture all other colours to order, please see the delivery tab for order times. Please choose carefully the colour you would like, where possible we have provided pictures of the product in the different colours, but are happy to send out samples of our finishes if you are looking to match to an existing piece of furniture. Our products come as standard with colour matching wooden handles on each piece unless stated in the product description. We have Antiqued brass and Chrome Effect handles that are £3.99 each for the large and £2.50 each for the small. Again please select this option using the drop down menu bar and the price will be added to the product.

On selected products there are further options from glass tops to marble tops. If your requirements cannot be met by any of our stock models then please contact us on 01730 895500 and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

We do hold stock of many products but due to our diverse range and finishing options we are unable to stock all our collections. This enables us to offer prices as low as possible. We do stock the most popular mahogany collections in the light mahogany finish only, if an item is out of stock the longest lead time will be advised. The lead time on our other mahogany finishes is approximately 14 weeks and bespoke made to measure furniture is a minimum of 14 weeks. If you do have a lead time it will be worth the wait as all our mahogany is handmade and hand finished. All other collections such as our oak and leather are invariably available within 2 weeks depending on stock levels.

A delivery charge will apply unless a “free of charge” offer is running. Free of charge delivery applies to mainland England and Wales only, a surcharge will apply to areas outside this zone. Please choose the option on the check out function that applies to your location. The delivery charge is for one man and a van, extra assistance will incur an additional charge.

If all items are in stock we aim to expedite your order as quickly as possible depending on the delivery firm runs. We aim to deliver within 2 weeks of your order placement however this can vary slightly depending on your location. We use external client recommended delivery firms to deliver consignments and are subject to their terms and conditions, this information can be obtained from the applicable delivery firm. If purchasing additional furniture products, the delivery time will revert to the longest delivery date for the complete consignment unless instructed by you.

Please make sure that access to your house is unrestricted and the correct access measurements have been taken to ensure a smooth delivery service.

All our furniture is carefully wrapped to ensure a safe and speedy delivery with several layers of packaging to protect your goods.

This item arrives in 3 packages and requires simple assembly. If assembly is required there will be full instruction included to guide you through the process. All assembly is classed as self assembly rather than flat pack designs to make it as simple for you, our customer. Some logistic companies we use can offer an assembly service but only in certain areas so please do not hesitate to ask if you would like this service, there will be an additional cost.
