I hope you got to see The Paradise on Tuesday - if not do try to watch it,  your mahogany furniture looks beautiful.  Its mainly in the ladies wear department and in later episodes in the hallways as well.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must: be over 18 years of age; register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information; provide a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom; (Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable); and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
1) All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  Your order becomes binding once we have accepted it.  It is your responsibility to check that all details of your order, such as specifications, measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery are correct and suitable to your requirements prior to placing your order.
2) To place an order select an item and follow the onscreen instructions. Please note all orders incur a delivery charge unless being collected by yourself, apply delivery charge at check out by selecting a delivery option.
3) You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input error in your order up until you click the Place Order button.
4) An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by J.U. Furniture.
5) Credit or Debit Card payments are authorised thru a secure payment gateway, Sagepay.                                                                                     
6) We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for whatsoever reason and should this occur we will email you with these details.
7) All prices include VAT at the current rate stipulated by law.
8) Delivery charges apply to all purchases unless the client collects or sends a firm of their choice. For further information see Delivery Section.
9) All offers and promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
10) Any prices or offers quoted on our email newsletter are subject to availability. Prices are correct for at least 7 days from the date on the email.
11) It is recommended that you retain all emails relating to your order and contract.
1) Once your order is received by us we will process the payment for your order using the credit or debit card details you have provided.
2) We will advise you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason. We may then invite you to pay by another method.
3) Refunds are paid within 30 days if items are returned in accordance with these terms.
1) Furniture orders will be delivered by a selected delivery company or by J.U. the rates are clearly calculated in the checkout process-delivery charge applies as outlined on delivery page for each product.   Delivery quotes are for mainland England and Wales only, please call or email our office for a quote outside the designated area.
2) For orders with more than one item of furniture, all pieces will be dispatched on one delivery and the longest lead-time will apply. (Unless we are instructed otherwise by the customer, charges will be recalculated per consignment).
3) Your order confirmation email will show the estimated lead time for each item of furniture you have ordered.
4) Once all the items on your order are ready for dispatch, the Delivery Company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. Deliveries are usually one man and a van, if you require further assistance the delivery firm will advise of the additional fee.  The delivery firm Terms and Conditions apply.
The delivery firms are only required to deliver within your home although they may accommodate by placing the goods in the desired location but this cannot be guaranteed.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered into your home and it is essential therefore that you discuss any possible restrictions on access with ourselves and the delivery firm.  In particular the following problems may occur; vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs etc.  J.U. cannot be held responsible if access is restricted and reserve the right to refuse the return of any furniture.  Delivery charges apply in any instance.

1) Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
2) If damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
3) Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the delivery firm.
4) If the items are defective due to manufacture and we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will offer a repair, replacement or a refund upon confirmation that the defective item has been returned to us.

Within 7 days of placing your order pre dispatch
A full refund (minus the return delivery charge) will be given if you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of placing your order providing the items have not left our warehouse.
After 7 days order dispatched
1) You are entitled to a refund up to 7 days after taking delivery should you decide to cancel your order; this applies to internet orders only under distance selling legislation.  This does not apply to purchases made by other methods.  The return delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
2) Please email quoting your order number and the problem or reason for the return.                                                                                                     
3) If you are returning a purchase please ensure the goods are well packaged in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods that are damaged in transit will be charged at the full invoice value.
6) The cost of the return is your responsibility and we would recommend you use a traceable and signed for method of postage if using your own courier as lost or damaged goods will remain your property until we receive them. Alternatively if requested we may use our own van or a client or a client recommended delivery firm.                       
7) Once we have received the goods back into our depot a refund (minus the return delivery charge is applicable) will be raised provided the goods are in a saleable condition and credited back to the same card from which payment was made within 30 days.
Made to order products have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds or exchanges may be made after 7 days of placing your order.  This applies to bespoke sizes and special finishes not stocked which incur a lead time as indicated.  All bespoke sized furniure is non returnable once the bespoke drawings are confirmed and production has commenced.  If the item is found to be faulty every attempt will be made to fulfill the contract undertaken with you and in agreement with the supply of goods and services act 1982.

Finishes & Sizes
Please note that the mahogany furniture is handmade and hand finished, therefore the finish may vary between batches, this will be more apparent if orders are places at different times. Please allow for colour variations in the natural tone and colouring of the wood, product is designed to highlight the natural features such as knots, grain shading, etc. Size may vary on handmade product.  As part of the design some furniture ie the Antique White and painted mahogany and rustic mahogany is finished to appear distressed, this will vary between products and is not a defect.  Painted mahogany furniture has composite panels due to the nature of the finish. All sizes quoted for our mahogany ranges are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of manufacture.  Lacquered furniture is machine manufactured to a template.

Furniture Care
Goods manufactured from wood must be treated with respect according to accepted practice.  It is recommended with regard to atmospheric conditions (central heating, air conditioning, humidity, and extremes of temperature) - any of the aforementioned may cause shrinkage and/or splitting and in this instance is not the responsibility of J.U. Furniture if not adhered to.  No responsibility will be accepted for damage caused by cleaning.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and, secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. You specifically authorise us to transmit information to or to obtain information about you from third parties (including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number), to authenticate your identity, to validate your debit or credit card and to authorise the transaction. You acknowledge that you consent to the processing of such information.
