We offer excellent customer service and advice as our staff are all very experienced in the hospitality industry, property industry and retail industry.
At J.U. Furniture we offer special discounted prices for all of our trade customers. We offer bulk buy discount for larger quantities but have no minimum order. To qualify for these extremely competitive discounted prices you must be able to provide a registered company name and existance of a bank account for your trading company.
Our trade clients include Hoteliers, Retailers, Online Shops and Property developers to name but a few.
J.U. BESPOKE SERVICE AT AFFORDABLE PRICES
Often standard furniture sizes do not fit but we can change that and make it fit. All mahogany furniture can be made to measure to suit your requirements or we can create totally new pieces. If you have a design send it to us and our experienced designer at the factory will generate schematic drawings and even better, an amazing price!

INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE
We are here to help! We offer free installation assistance to clients located in the South of England. Our Warehouse Manager and General Manager are on hand to help with erecting beds, positioning furniture and they are pretty good at making a cup of tea.

ORDERING
Ordering couldn't be easier. We know what it is like running a business in this climate and try our utmost to make it easy sailing. If the items are in stock we require payment in full before dispatch. On forward orders we require 50% of the total order value including VAT as a manufacturing deposit. Once the goods are in our warehouse we require the balance paid in full before dispatch. On larger orders and containers the balance is to be paid once the goods have landed in the UK.
QUALITY CHECKED
Once in our warehouse your order will undergo a stringent quality check. We don't just put a sticker on it and get it out of the doorl. The furniture is unwrapped, recleaned if necessary and repackaged. Any problems, even though these are few and far between, are reported to you immediately and discussed to resolve any issues.
So with J.U. rest assured we are here to provide an excellent service and go far and beyond what most other suppliers offer to make life easy for our clients.
The boutique/designer finishes page is under construction. These finishes are amazing offering hotels and especially interior designers to achieve their goals. Our finishes will include gold or silver spray (guilt) or gold or silver leaf. These finishes are in great demand in the UK especially in designer environments and will be applicable to our vast range of mahogany furniture which ranges from modern to antique reproduction.

Our Retail Web Site is now ecommece but we will in the near future have our Trade Web Site up and running. We intend to have offers for Trade Only. In the meantime please call for our separate trade price list which can be cross referenced with the information available on the Retail Web Site.
